The scope is to upgrade the Customs Information System (CIS) of Montenegro by developing and integrating the European Union's latest Automated Export System (AES) and Import Control System 2 (ICS2). This project aims to facilitate efficient export and import management, improve electronic handling of export and exit formalities, and enhance pre-arrival security and safety checks through advanced data analysis. The tender seeks to ensure seamless communication of cargo information for entry into the EU, thereby advancing customs authorities' ability to identify and address potential risks promptly. The successful implementation will support compliance with the Union Customs Code, incorporating the latest technical enhancements and integration with existing transit and declaration systems, all over a span of 30 months with a budget of 2,500,000 EUR.

Supplies for enhanced digitalisation of state institutions in judiciary and anti-corruption areas
The goal of the procurement is to enhance the capacities of selected state institutions in judiciary and anti-corruption areas by modernizing information technology infrastructure and IT systems across participating beneficiary instituions. The procurment is divided in 2 lots. The first lot covers the delivery, installation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise-grade computer hardware platforms including server systems, storage solutions, backup infrastructure, security and networking equipment, and power management systems to host case management systems for the Public Prosecutor's Office, State Attorney Office, and State Commission for Prevention of Corruption, as well as the case tracking system for the Ministry of Justice. The second lot provides a comprehensive Integrated Information Management System for the Constitutional Court featuring case management capabilities, digital archive functionality, electronic sessions management with voting capabilities, public web portal for citizen access and electronic submissions, and interoperability with external government platforms, delivered as a complete software solution with suitable hardware hosting platform. Both lots include comprehensive professional services encompassing installation and configuration of all systems, integration and testing procedures, technical training for designated personnel from all beneficiary institutions, delivery of technical documentation and operational procedures, and post-implementation support throughout the warranty period.
